What do you need from a strategic plan?

Despite being unbelievably proud of these documents, we unfortunately can’t show you what we helped our merry band of clients create (commercial-in-confidence). So instead, we’ve “dummied up” some mock plans to give you an idea of what the final product can look like. Every plan, document and roadmap is different, tailored to you, employing your branding and style guides (or creating some for you), and befitting just what you need from a strategic roadmap.

guidelights - a 1-page team alignment tool
Guidelights is a new workshop-generated tool from Strategy Road, designed to help organisations light a clear path for all in their organisation to make clear, consistent, aligned and purposeful decisions every day. Via a simple facilitated workshop processes, leadership groups employ the input of their teams and the directions they have determined for their organisation, and shape a 1-page roadmap that all staff members can review and act in accordance with. Incorporating Purpose (Mission), Vision, Values, Principles (Standards), Strategic Priorities and the means to use the tool, Guidelights is a contemporary and flexible adjunct (or alternative) to traditional strategic plans.
