Peter Berekally is a Barrister, Solicitor and Senior Associate at Commercial & Legal. Peter assists clients in startup, small and medium-sized businesses, advising them on commercial matters concerning negotiation and preparation of commercial agreements, all aspects of starting, managing and growing a business, and working through challenging situations such as disputes and litigation. Peter has spent many years working in the not-for-profit and disability services sectors, and spent several years working in the oil and gas sector in Canada advising large firms on corporate responsibility. Peter holds a Masters of Laws (International Law & International Relations) and a Bachelor of Laws & Legal Practice from Flinders University, as well as a Bachelor of Business (International Business) and a Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) from the University of South Australia. Peter has been a volunteer at the Hutt St Centre and a Youth Mentor at SYC (Service to Youth Council)..
