Jason founded Square Holes at the end of 2004, bored with traditional consumer research, with a hunger to help make the world better. His formative years in the mid-1990s were at Frank Small & Associates, during takeover by global consumer insight agency TNS, working with blue chip brands from telecommunications to cars. Square Holes now consults to corporate and government clients to ignite business and social behaviour change and growth. Jason has spent 25 years talking to people in their lounge rooms, boardrooms, pubs, shops, on-line and beyond to research behaviour and trends, then consult to drive positive social and business change. Jason regularly lectures and speaks at universities and events, with his current areas of curiosity including the impact of COVID 19 on human attitudes and behavour, counterbalancing globalisation and the trend towards sustainability of our systems, and brand 'joy' and growth.
